This article will show you how to create or recover an account for the Web Evolve Help Center. An account is required if you wish to sign in to view Release Notes, submit a Feature Request, or view your Support tickets.
Important Notes
- A Help Center account is different than the account used to log in to your Web Evolve website, however, we do recommend using the same email address
- You can use the same account to log in to any/all of the CivicPlus product Help Centers

Account Creation
- Navigate to the Web Evolve Help Center homepage:
- Click the Sign in link found in the page header to open a sign-in screen:
- On the sign-in screen select the Sign Up link that follows after all of the sign-in options:
Note: If you have had previous email communication with our Support Team, you may also click the Get a Password link. For instructions on getting a password, check the Recover an Existing Account section.
- Enter Your full name and Your email:
Note: We recommend registering with the same email address you use to sign in to your Web Evolve solution so that you will be able to view past Support tickets. - Click the Sign Up button to complete your account creation:
- A message to check your email for a set a new password link will appear:
- When you receive the create a password email, click on the Create a Password link
- On the Choose Your Secret Password page, complete the Your Password field (the name field should auto-populate) using the following requirements:
- The password must be at least 6 characters
- The password must be fewer than 128 characters
- The password must be different from your email address
- The password must include both letters in mixed case and numbers
- The password must include a character that is not a letter or number
- Click the Set Password button:
- The screen will reload and return to the Web Evolve Help Center homepage with your new account signed in
Reset Your Help Center Account Password
- Follow steps 1 and 2 of the Account Creation section
- On the sign-in screen, click the Get a password link:
- Enter the email for the account you would like to reset/get a new password for:
- Click the Submit button:
- A message to check your email for a reset link will appear:
- When you receive the password reset email, click the Set a New Password link inside the email
- On the Change Password page, complete the New Password field using the following requirements:
- The password must be at least 6 characters
- The password must be fewer than 128 characters
- The password must be different from your email address
- The password must include both letters in mixed case and numbers
- The password must include a character that is not a letter or number
- Click the Change Password button:
- The screen will reload and return to the Web Evolve Help Center homepage with your account signed in
