This article will show you how to view your activities on the Web Evolve Help Center. This includes a comprehensive history of support tickets you created or are carbon copied (cc'd) on, community posts and comments, and sections and articles that you are following.
Important Note
This feature will only show your Support tickets and activity for the Web Evolve Help Center. If you have another product with CivicPlus, you will need to access that product's Help Center in order to see any tickets or activity related to that product.

Navigation Instructions
- Sign in to the Web Evolve Help Center
- In the page header, click on your profile name/image to expand the User menu:
- Click to select the My Activities menu item to access your Requests page and learn more about your tickets, contributions, and sections or articles you are following:
Tickets Tab

My Requests Tab: View your submitted requests (this is the page default when loading)
- View the Subject, Ticket ID, Time of Creation, Last Activity, and Status for each ticket/request:
- Click to expand the Status dropdown menu and select an option to filter by Status:
- Open: The request is being worked on by our Support Team
- Awaiting your reply: The Support Team needs more information from you
- Solved: The request has been solved and closed by the Support Team
- Click to expand the Status dropdown menu and select an option to filter by Status:
- View the Subject, Ticket ID, Time of Creation, Last Activity, and Status for each ticket/request:
- Use the Search Tickets field to search by keyword or ticket ID

Requests I'm CC'd On Tab: View requests that you are carbon copied on:
- View the ID, Subject, Time of Creation, Last Activity, and Status for each ticket/request
Contributions Tab

Posts: View your own posts in the Community:
- View the Title (which also serves as a link to the post), Type, Vote Sum, Last Activity, and date of Creation for your posts

Community Comments: View your own comments in Community posts:
- This tab will display the Title/Content (which also serves as a link to the comment), Type, Vote Sum, Last Activity, and date of Creation of your community comments

Article Comments: View your own article comments:
- This tab will display the Title/Content (which also serves as a link to the comment), Type, Vote Sum, Last Activity, and date of Creation of your article comments
Following Tab
On the Following tab, you will be able to view the sections and articles that you are following. For each article/section you have followed you will see:
- The Title of the section or article (which also serves as a link to the section/article)
- Type (Section or Article)
- Following status (New Articles and/or Comments)
- An Unfollow button to unfollow a section or article
