Set Up Intranet Content Permissions

This article walks through how to set up content for the Intranet on your Web Evolve site. 

Instructions

1.  Create the Intranet Group in CivicPlus Organizations
   
   
   Note: Name the group appropriately to avoid confusion (example: Intranet - View Only Access). You can also add users at this time or add them later.
2. Create a Permission Set in the HCMS for your Intranet
   
3. Configure the Group access level to the Intranet permission set
   
4. When creating content or adding assets, select the Intranet option from the Permission Set drop-down
