We are excited to announce the launch of updated product names, logos, and headers within our user interfaces as part of the CivicPlus® Solution Rebranding initiative. Delete a Redirect

Important Note

Before you can delete a redirect, you must first deactivate it.

 

Instructions

  1. Click the Site Tools icon, then click Redirects
    The gear icon, then Redirects in the alphabetical list.
  2. Select desired domain
    The name of the domain in the All Sites Home column.
    Note: All sites will apply the Redirect to all your domains. This is the most recommended option.
    If you choose an individual domain, you will need to add the redirect to thewww and non-www domain – i.e. www.civicplus.com and civicplus.com.
  3. Click the Action Menu, and then click Delete for the desired redirect
    The three-dot action menu, then Delete.
  4. Select OK to the Are you sure you want to delete this redirect? prompt
    Click the button labeled OK in the modal pop-up at the top of the screen.
