Locked Page - No Action Button Available

Overview

A page may not have an action button available, meaning it is unable to be edited (locked). This appears because another user had last accessed this version and has an active session stored. You are able to unlock it so that you can make your edits as needed.

 

Instructions

  1. Navigate to the locked page
  2. Enable Live Edit
    live_edit_is_on.png
  3. Navigate to the Versions tab
    versions.png
  4. Select the version that is missing the action button
    locked_page.png
  5. Select Unlock and Edit
    unlock_and_edit.png
