We are excited to announce the launch of updated product names, logos, and headers within our user interfaces as part of the CivicPlus® Solution Rebranding initiative. These changes mark the first step toward creating a cohesive and seamless user experience across all solutions in our portfolio. As part of this transition, users may notice minor design updates. While the functionality you rely on remains unchanged, we are in the process of updating screenshots and other resources on our Help Centers to reflect the new branding. Modify Site Properties

Instructions

 

  1. Navigate to Site Tools and select Site Properties
    The cog wheel icon, and then Site Properties in the alphabetical list.
  2. Update fields
    The toggle settings and text entry fields in the Site Properties.
    • External Link Behavior: Check to open external links in a new window
    • Internal Link Behavior: Check to enable internal links to open in a new window
      Note: This only works for the Agenda Center, Facilities, and Activities modules.
    • Intranet Site: Check to require sign-in for all site pages
      Note: To require sign-in on a page-by-page basis, view our article Require Sign In to View a Page.
    • New Group Permissions: If checked, new Groups added to your Organization will immediately have Reader access to all pages
    • Favicon: Add a favicon to your site.
    • Image Cache Expiration Time: Time (in minutes) to apply cache on images for users
  3. Scroll to the top and select Save Changes
    The button labeled Save Changes.
