View Inactive Groups

This article will show you how to view Inactive Groups. If a group has been deleted from your organization it will appear in the Inactive Groups section.

 

Who can use this feature?
System Administrators

New UI Instructions

 

  1. Sign in to your website solution
  2. Click the Site Tools tab on the Administrative User Toolbar:
    Web Evolve New UI Editing Pane Site Tools Tab.
  3. On the Site Tools tab, click the Site Permissions option:
    Web Evolve New UI Site Tools Tab Site Permissions Option.

Old UI Instructions

  1. Sign in to your website solution
  2. Navigate to Site Tools then Site Permissions:
    Web Evolve - Site Tools - Site Permissions
  3. Select the Inactive Groups tab:
    Inactive_Groups.png
  4. View your Inactive Groups:

    Note: You can only view the Group Name and number of members. You cannot view any other information about the Group.
