We are excited to announce the launch of updated product names, logos, and headers within our user interfaces as part of the CivicPlus® Solution Rebranding initiative. Use the Performance Test File to Gather Information (Windows Only)

If an issue is network-related, you could use the Performance Test File to gather information.

 

Instructions

  1. Save the Performance Test (TXT) file to your desktop
  2. Before you run the program, change the .txt extension to .bat:
    1. Open PerformanceTest.txt with Notepad
      The Open option at the top of the right-click menu.
    2. Click File then click Save As
      The File button in the top-left corner, then the Save As option.
    3. Select Desktop as Destination
      The file path labeled Desktop, with the icon of a desktop, in the left-hand file menu.
    4. Change Save as type to All Files
      The All Files option at the bottom of the Save as type dropdown.
    5. Change the File name to PerformanceTest.bat
      The text entry field with the Performance Test dot bat text entered.
    6. Click Save
      The Save button in the bottom-right corner of the file browser.
  3. Double-click the .bat file to execute
    The Performance Test dot bat file located on the computer desktop.
    Note: This may take a few minutes to complete. Once completed, it will produce a results.txt file on your desktop.

  4. Attach the results.txt file to your response
