If an issue is network-related, you could use the Performance Test File to gather information.

Instructions

1. Save the PerformanceTest.txt file to your desktop
2. Before you run the program, change the .txt extension to .bat
   1. Open PerformanceTest.txt with Notepad
      
      
   2. Click File > Save As
      
      
   3. Select Desktop as Destination
      
   4. Change Save as type: to All Files
      
      
   5. Change the File name to PerformanceTest.bat
      
      
   6. Click Save
      
      
3. Double-click the .bat file to execute
   
   
   • Note: This may take a few minutes to complete.
   • Note: Once completed, it will produce a results.txt file on your desktop.
     
4. Attach the results.txt file to your response
